About Frontier West Properties
Our Beginnings
Serving the greater Flathead Valley, Frontier West Properties was founded in 2012 in order to manage the principal owner’s properties. Since then we have branched out into 3rd party property management in order to serve our clients with the same exceptional asset management that we apply to our own assets.
Our skill sets include:
- Property maintenance, up keep, and building systems diagnostics
- Construction contracting, estimating, management, permitting
- Subcontractor and tradesmen management
- Tenant management including leasing, move-in move out conditions reporting, compliance, and evictions
- HOA bylaws management and administration of HOA meetings
- Trust accounting as required by the MT board of Realty Regulation
- MT Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunity adherence
